Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

 

 
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Out-of-Stock Products
If your ordered item becomes out-of-stock in our warehouse before it's shipped out, we will try to get it from other warehouse in our group and ship it out within 1 or 2 business days. (Please see shipping policy below for latest shipping cycle information.) There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. If the item(s) are not available in our entire group, we will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Returns and Exchanges
According to the federal law, 100% Human Hair products are not allowed for exchange for any health reasons, so that we do not offer exchanges or returns on any 100% Human Hair products including, but not limited to hair extensions, bangs, toppers, toupees, closures, wigs and color swatch rings. 

For products other than Human Hair products, we will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.

We will only consider an item for exchange or return if the item is in original condition. Original condition means the item is unaltered, undamaged, unwashed, unused, with tags and ties still attached and in it's original packaging. 

When you process an exchange or return, you must obtain RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number through the order detail/history page in your account page of this online store, and wait for approval and instruction for the all process.

The re-stocking fee is $5 for each item.

If your item's condition doesn't meet this "Returns & Exchanges" policy, we cannot process it.

Once you get approval and instruction, please ship out your returned item to us no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. Please use our original shipping box we used or secure box, and pack them carefully to avoid any further damage such as serious bend mark. Please also write RMA Number inside and outside of the shipping box.

Please note: We also need to check the returned item to approve the return, exchange and refund.

We will not pay for any cost of returns, exchanges, cancellations, and related cost caused by them, and we cannot refund actual or paid shipping & handling charges and payment transaction fee and/or charges after the any cancellation except for cancellation caused by our fulfillment mistake.

We may also not to refund the original shipping & handling cost(s). When your ordered item was shipped as "Free Shipping" and you didn't pay the shipping & handling cost(s) at the time of purchase, the refund amount will be reduced by the shipping & handling cost(s). We may charge any additional costs/fees if needed to process them.

For "Final Sale" item(s), the sale is final, and we do not offer any exchanges or returns for any reasons unless otherwise noted.

 


Order Cancellation
We will make every attempt to process most requests of order cancellation and/or revision if we receive the request before it's actually shipped out. "shipped out" means the package is already left from our ship-out location(s). Once the ordered item(s) are actually shipped out, you need to proceed return/exchange process following our Returns and Exchanges policy above.


 
Shipping Policy

Free Shipping
We offer "Free Shipping" for each order of $90 or more with all qualified items.
There will be no charge for Shipping & Handling if you keep or choose "Free Ship" or "Free Shipping" at the check-out process when it's available.

It will be shipped out in 0 to 2 business days from our facility by UPS or USPS Priority Mail which usually take 1 to 5 business days to be delivered after the ship-out. Some small or thin items may be sent by USPS First Class Mail if they fit to regular or document size envelope. 

*Please be informed that we may use USPS, UPS Ground or FedEx Ground/Home for "Free Shipping" method without notice.

*"Free Shipping" is not available for some particular items, so that "Free Shipping" option does not appear for the order which is including such items even if the order amount is $90 or over.

Shipping & Handling Charges
You can check the shipping & handling charges at the check-out page for the order if it's not "Free Shipping".

Shipping Cycle
We usually ship out most packages on the same business day when we received the payment of the order by 12:00PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) / 3:00PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on our business day. (We will try to ship out any orders on the same business day as much as possible even if it's after the cut-off time.)

Our business days are usually Monday through Friday except Holiday(s).

For the order that we received the payment during weekend and/or holiday(s), we usually ship out most packages on the next business day.

Your ordered item may become out-of-stock before it's shipped out. In that case, we will try to get the item from our group warehouse. If the item is out-of-stock in our group warehouse as well, we inform you and cancel/refund the order.

*Due to high number of orders we are receiving recently, your order might be delayed by a day or two than mentioned above. We are very sorry for this inconvenience.

Please contact us if you need to receive the products by certain day.

Shipping To P.O. Box
As long as we know, only USPS can deliver the package to P.O. Box right now. So, we automatically choose USPS Priority Mail for shipment to P.O. Box without notice even if you choose UPS Ground or FedEx Ground/Home. We contact you when you choose other express method such as Next Day, or 2nd Day Delivery for P.O. Box address.

Insurance for Shipment
Currently, UPS and FedEx have automatic insurance covering most cost for our shipment. Since the shipping part is carrier's responsibility, we recommend to use one of them if you would like to have an insurance on your shipment. (Once we integrate insurance system for USPS, we start announce it, and the option will be available on our web store.)





 
Taxes
Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within state of California, and it will appear on your online check-out page and invoice. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes following law(s) in the location.
 

 
Typographical and Image Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price and/or with incorrect information due to typographical and/or image error or error in any information received from our suppliers, our store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price, and/or with incorrect information. Our store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.




Although we are trying to use exact images/photos for each product and related items all the time, we also smetimes use image photos from such stock photo/image companies for our product to add and express each product consept. Some of the product image may be still remaining as for reference purpose only, and/or modified/edited by photo retouch software. Especially all colors in products and reference images may not be displayed at your monitor/display as exactly same as actual product colors due to difference between yours and our monitors, lights, computers, software, any setting including photo and video shooting, editing software, color management and internet.

In the event you claim that a product or color is different than you expected, our store shall have the right to inspect the situation and to refuse the claim if the photos and/or images are approved by our authority as our standard. Otherwise, our store would offer exchanges following our policy above when the claim is accepted. 

In addition, our store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, our store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount.
